IASP的會員分為正式會員（Full Member），附屬會員（Affiliate Member）和準會員(Associate Member)三個級別，現將每個級別的標準，所享受的服務和需要交納的費用說明如下：
IASP membership includes three types: Full Member, Affiliate Member and Associate Member, the level, service package and charge of which are listed as following:

入會費: 500歐元
Joining Fee: 500 Euros

只在入會時需要繳納，之后續繳會員費時不需要繳納；如果退會后再次入會，則需要再次繳納。

會員標準：
正常運營中的科技園區
正常運營中的孵化器、加速器等
注:
正常運營的衡量標準包括兩點：
1.園區或孵化器內有正在運營的企業或機構
2.園區或孵化器擁有專門的管理團隊。
Full member qualification：
Operational science parks and areas of innovation
Operational technology-based business Incubators or accelerators
Notes:
To be considered operational, a Science Park or Business Incubator must meet two requisites:
1.That there are companies or institutions active within the Park or Incubator.
2.That there is a specific management team for the Park or Incubator.

Summary of rights：
Eligibility to run for the IASP governing bodies.

Accreditation (IASP certificate of Full membership).

會員標準：
建設中的科技園區及技術型商業孵化器 （尚未運行）
注：
“建設中”的衡量標準包括：
1. 建設工作已經開始，或
2. 已經建立了法人實體負責開發及管理該科技園區或孵化器
正常運營中的科技園及企業孵化器需注冊正式會員，此標準不適用。
Affiliate Member qualification：
Science parks and technology-based business Incubators under construction (not yet operational).
Notes:
To be considered "under construction", a Science Park or Business Incubator must meet either one of the following requisites:
1.That construction work has already begun, or
2.That a legal entity has been created to develop and manage the Park or Incubator.
Operational Science Parks and Business incubators do not qualify for this category, but only for full membership.

會員標準：
科技園區及技術型商業孵化器以外的組織，有興趣成為國際科技園協會網絡的一員，如：
大學、技術機構、協會、發展機構、咨詢或經紀行、工程或建筑公司、個人（社會調研人員、專家、學者……）等。
正常運作的科技園及商業孵化器需注冊正式會員，此標準不適用。
Associate Member qualification：
Organizations that are not Science Parks or technology-based Business Incubators, but which have an interest in making part of the IASP network, for example:
Universities. Technology Institutes. Associations. Development Agencies. Consulting or Brokerage firms. Engineering or Architecture firms. Individual persons (social researchers, experts, academics…), etc.
Science Parks and technology-based Business Incubators do not qualify for this category, but only for Full or Affiliate membership.

加入國際科技園協會–申請流程
Join the IASP – the Procedure

說明：
●國際科技園及創新區域協會會員主要由科技園、研究園、孵化器或是類似的機構或個人組成。
●所謂孵化器是指以科技創新為基礎的孵化器及其類似機構
●如果您的成員資格被IASP接受認可，您即自動授權同意IASP將您所在科技園區詳細資料公布在IASP通訊錄上，并與其它IASP成員共享。
Notes:
●Members of IASP are mainly science and technology parks, research parks, business incubators or similar institutions or individuals.
●“Incubator" refers to technology-based incubators or similar institutions.
●Once your membership is approved by IASP, you will automatically authorize IASP to include your data and contact details in the directory, which will be shared by other IASP members.

1.I′d rather not use the "on-line" application. How else can I send my application for IASP membership?
We encourage you to use our on-line form, but if you have any difficulty sending it through the Internet, please contact our Membership and Administration Department (Ms. Carol Engelspach) and ask her to e-mail or fax you the application form in Word format.

●Benefits
1.Do I receive a membership certificate?
Yes, although it will take a bit longer than the approval of your membership application by the Executive Board, since the certificate is only issued after the ratification of the Board's decision by the General Assembly in its annual meeting.
2.From what exact moment am I a member of the IASP, entitled to membership rights & benefits?
From the very date on which the IASP Headquarters receive the payment of your first membership fee. But please do not send any money until you receive our invoice! We will invoice you once the IASP Executive Board approves your membership application. You can then pay your membership fee and your membership comes into effect once the payment has been made and acknowledged by our Headquarters. However please bear in mind that your membership is to be regarded as provisional, until it has been ratified by the International Board and the IASP General Assembly.
3.Is there any IASP membership "kit"?
Yes. Once your first membership fee has been paid (please remember that you should not send any money until we send you the invoice), we will send you the official letter welcoming you to the IASP, together with a set of documents, including the IASP Manual for Organising Quality Conferences (only for Full and Affiliate members), the IASP logo and logo-use instructions, your passwords to access the "Members Only" area of our web site, and the receipt of your membership.

●會員種類
1.附屬會員及準會員能否轉為正式會員？
符合正式會員資格要求的附屬會員可提交轉正申請。執行委員會將對申請進行審核，并決定是否通過。該決定更必須最終獲得國際理事會及全體大會的通過方可最終生效。
若需申請更換會員種類，請發函或電子郵件至IASP郵箱（iasp@iasp.ws），信中注明希望更換會員種類，并提供審批所需的詳細信息。
請牢記正式會員資格僅授予正常運轉中的科技園區或技術型孵化器機構；正常運轉的衡量標準包括兩點：
（1）園區或孵化器內有正在運作的公司或機構
（2）園區或孵化器擁有專門的管理團隊。具有全體會議上的發言及投票權。
準會員不能轉為正式會員（亦不能轉為附屬會員），前兩類會員資格僅為科技園區及技術型商業孵化器設置。
2.我是否可以根據個人意愿選擇會員種類？（正式、附屬或準會員）
會員種類的決定由國際科技園協會的執行委員會或國際理事會全權負責。有關會員種類的具體規定如下：
（1）正式會員資格僅授予正常運作的科技園區及技術型孵化器；同理，正常運作的科技園區及技術型孵化器也不能申請除正式會員以外的資格類型 （即，正常運作的科技園區或孵化器不能申請成為附屬會員或準會員）。
（2）籌劃或建設中的科技園區及孵化器（尚未投入運行的）只能獲得附屬會員資格。一旦開始正式運作，必須告國際科技園協會知曉并申請升級為正式會員.
（3）非科技園區或技術型孵化器的機構只能獲得準會員資格。
（4）個人申請者只能獲得準會員資格。
●Categories
1.Can Affiliate and Associate members become Full members?
Affiliate members that fulfil the requisites for full membership can ask for a change of category. The IASP Executive Board will examine the request and take a decision. These decision must be ratified by the International Board and the General Assembly.
To apply for the change of category you just need to send a letter or e-mail to IASP (iasp@iasp.ws) indicating your wish to become Full member and providing the necessary information about the development of your project.
Please remember that Full membership is only for operational Parks or technology-based incubators; to be considered "operational" your organisation must meet two requisites:
（1） That there are companies or institutions active within the Park or Incubator.
（2） That there is a specific management team for the Park or Incubator. Associate members may not become Full members (nor Affiliate members), since the first two categories are exclusive for Science/Technology Parks and innovation-based Business Incubators.
2.Do I choose the membership category ("Full", "Affiliate" or "Associate") that I′d like to belong to?
Determining the membership category is incumbent to the IASP Executive or International Boards. These are our regulations regarding membership categories:
(1) Only operational Parks and technology-based incubators can obtain Full membership. By the same token, Parks and incubators which are operational cannot apply for anything else than full membership (in other words, an operational Park or incubator cannot be Affiliate or Associate member).
(2) Parks and Incubators which are being planned or constructed (not yet operational) can only obtain Affiliate membership. Once they become operational, they must inform the IASP Headquarters and apply for Full membership.
(3) Organisations that are neither Parks nor technology-based incubators can only obtain Associate membership.
(4) Individuals can only obtain Associate membership.

●費用
1.如果我在下半年加入國際科技園協會，是否還需支付整年的會費？
不需要。如果您在當年第三季度成為正式會員或準會員，您只需支付第一年年費的50%。
如果您在當年第四季度加入協會，您只需支付當年年費的25%.
但是，準會員無論何時入會，都必須支付全年會員費。
2.我在申請會員資格的時候必須支付會員費嗎？
不需要。申請會員只需提交申請即可。總部在批準之后，會正式通知您并提供發票。
只有在收到發票之后，您才需支付會員費。
●Fees
1.If I join the IASP in the second semester of the year, must I still pay that year′s whole fee?
No. If you become an IASP full or affiliate member during the third quarter of the year, we'll invoice you only the 50% of your first fee.
If you join the IASP during the last quarter of the year, we will invoice only the 25% of the annual fee.
However, Associate members must pay their entire membership fee regardless of the date in which they join the IASP.
2.Must I pay the membership fee when applying for membership?
No. Just submit your application. Our Headquarters will officially inform you of its approval and send you an invoice.
You must pay your membership fee only upon the reception of that invoice.
